Method 1:

  1. On the main page, click on “Add Patient”.
  2. Fill in the relevant information and click “Save” in the bottom-right corner.
  3. If configured, the system will automatically generate a patient number after adding the patient.

Method 2:

  1. Click on “Patients” in the left-side menu bar, then click “Add”.
  2. Fill in the relevant information and click “Save” in the bottom-right corner.
  3. If configured, the system will automatically generate a patient number after adding the patient.

Method 3:

  1. When adding an appointment or medical record, click on the patient and then click “Add”.
  2. Fill in the relevant information and click “Save” in the bottom-right corner.
  3. If configured, the system will automatically generate a patient number after adding the patient.
