How to use Medicloud CMS
  1. Hover over the “profile” icon displayed above the page.
  2. Click on “Personal Settings”.
  3. Click “Modify” at the top right corner of the page.
  4. Click on the “Add” icon inside the gray box of “Common Past Medical History.”
  5. Add the desired common past medical history in the text field.
  6. You can also modify the existing text fields for the added common past medical history.
  7. After completing the changes, click the “Menu” button on the right side or bottom right corner, then click “Save”.
