- Hover over the “profile” icon displayed above the page.
- Click on “Personal Settings”.
- Click “Modify” at the top right corner of the page.
- Click on the “Add” icon inside the gray box of “Common Past Medical History.”
- Add the desired common past medical history in the text field.
- You can also modify the existing text fields for the added common past medical history.
- After completing the changes, click the “Menu” button on the right side or bottom right corner, then click “Save”.
