How to use Medicloud CMS

The Medicloud CMS provides a staff permission settings feature, allowing the system administrator to assign different permissions to staff members based on their roles, providing flexible and secure management.

Administrators can restrict specific operations, access to sensitive information, or modification of settings based on the needs of each staff member, ensuring that their permissions align with their job requirements. This helps safeguard the security of system data and protects patient privacy from unauthorized access or misuse.

  1. Click on the “Staff Management” button on the left side of the “Home” page to access the “Staff Data” page.

  1. On the “Staff” page, you can view the data of each staff member. If you prefer to view it in list form, you can click the button below “Staff Data”.

  1. Select the staff member for whom you want to set permissions, and then click on their data cell to access their profile page.

  1. In the top right corner of the “Staff” page, click the edit button to make changes to the data.

  1. In edit mode, click on the “Position” field.

  1. After clicking the “Position” field, a window will appear where you can select the appropriate permissions for the staff member. Click on the desired position and then click anywhere on the page to close the window.

  1. Once completed, click the “Save” button on the right side of the page to finalize the changes.
