The Medicloud CMS provides a real-time inventory recording feature that allows TCM clinics to track and manage medication inventory in real-time.

The system accurately records the quantity and usage of each type of Chinese medicine and provides alerts when the inventory is running low, allowing clinic staff to replenish it in a timely manner.

The real-time inventory recording feature helps to avoid stock shortages or wastage, improving the efficiency of healthcare resource utilization. Doctors can also use the system to check the inventory status and ensure an adequate supply of medications.

1. Click on the “Medication Inventory” button on the left side of the “Home” page to access the “Medication Inventory” page.

2. On the “Medication Inventory” page, you can see the inventory status of medications. If you prefer to view it in list form, you can click the button below “Medication Inventory”.

3. Regarding the “Medication Inventory,” medications highlighted in red indicate that they are out of stock.

4. You can also enter the desired medication inventory level in the search input field below the “Filter” button.
