Load Patient's Past Medical History in Medical Record

  1. When adding a medical record, first add the patient.
  2. After clicking the “Menu” button in the bottom-right corner, click on “Load Medical History”, or click on “Load Medical History” on the right side.
  3. Select the medical history and click “Load Medical History”, then click “Save”.
