Modify Medical Record

  1. Click on “Medical Records” in the left-side menu bar and find the relevant medical record.
  2. Click on “Modify” in the top-right corner and make the necessary changes.
  3. Once done, click the “Menu” button on the right or bottom-right corner, then click “Save”.
