Set Document Formats (Medical Leave, Receipts, etc.)

  1. Click on “Clinic Settings” in the left-side menu bar.
  2. Click on “Modify”.
  3. Set the styles for receipts, prescriptions, prescription receipts, medical leave forms, and appointment forms.
